India's electricity tariffs have risen ~6% annually on average. A ₹3,000 bill today becomes ₹14,000+ in 25 years. Solar locks in your energy cost at near-zero for 25 years.
Govt. solar loans at 7% p.a., collateral-free, for up to ₹2 lakh. Combined with the ₹78,000 PM Surya Ghar subsidy, most families pay less in EMI than their current monthly bill.
A Solaire hybrid system switches to solar + battery in under 4 milliseconds — imperceptible. No UPS, no generator, no fuel costs. Pure solar backup.
The PM Surya Ghar scheme's ₹78,000 subsidy is time-limited and budget-capped. Panel costs have fallen 90% since 2010. Waiting means paying more for electricity AND potentially missing the subsidy.
Studies consistently show rooftop solar increases property value by 3–5%. A 3kW system is a permanent asset — it transfers with the property and generates returns long after payback.
While the industry standard is 5 years, Solaire backs every hybrid inverter system with a 10-year warranty and 24/7 after-sales support. Our dealers are trained service partners, not one-time installers.
A family paying ₹3,000/month spends approx. ₹13–15 lakhs on electricity over 25 years (with 6% annual tariff escalation). A 3kW solar investment of ~₹1.6L after subsidy delivers the same energy at near-zero cost. The EMI is often less than the bill.
Our certified dealers are trained energy consultants — not just salespeople. Free site visit, full subsidy paperwork handled, MNRE-certified installation, and lifetime service relationship.
Solaire was built to solve India's real energy problems — power cuts, rising tariffs, trust deficits, and after-sales failure. When you go solar with Solaire, you get a system that works, a 10-year partner who answers your calls, and a certified local dealer who handles every form and inspection. That's the Solaire difference.
1. INDICATIVE ESTIMATES ONLY. All figures generated by this Solar Savings Calculator — including but not limited to monthly savings, system sizing, gross and net system costs, subsidy amounts, EMI, payback periods, and 25-year wealth projections — are broad indicative estimates for general awareness and planning purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or legally binding representations.
2. TARIFF DATA LIMITATIONS. Electricity tariff rates used in this calculator are weighted-average effective tariff estimates derived from publicly available State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) orders as of FY 2025-26. These are approximations of the all-in effective cost per unit (including energy charges, fixed charges, electricity duty, and other levies) for a typical domestic consumer. Actual tariffs vary significantly based on your consumption slab, connection type, sanctioned load, DISCOM surcharges, Fuel and Power Purchase Cost Adjustment (FPPCA/FAC) levied monthly, and any state or central government revisions made after the date of this calculation. Tariffs are subject to revision by regulators without notice.
3. SOLAR RESOURCE DATA. Peak sun hour figures are annual averages sourced from NREL National Solar Radiation Database (NSRDB) and the World Bank Global Solar Atlas. Actual generation will vary based on your specific location, roof orientation, tilt angle, shading from trees or adjacent structures, soiling, and seasonal weather variations including monsoon impact.
4. SYSTEM COST ESTIMATES. System cost benchmarks are based on MNRE indicative benchmark costs for FY 2025 and prevailing market rates as of the date of this publication. Actual installation costs are determined by the specific equipment brand, inverter capacity, battery size, roof structure, labour charges in your region, and the installer you select. Costs may be higher or lower than indicated.
5. PM SURYA GHAR SUBSIDY. Subsidy amounts shown are based on Central Financial Assistance (CFA) structures published on pmsuryaghar.gov.in. Eligibility is subject to fulfillment of scheme criteria including use of MNRE-approved equipment, installation by a registered vendor, DISCOM feasibility approval, and net metering commissioning. Subsidy disbursement timelines and amounts may change based on government policy revisions, scheme budget availability, or DISCOM-specific processing requirements. State-level additional subsidies (where shown) are indicative and subject to state government notifications.
6. BANK LOAN RATES. Loan interest rates shown (7% p.a. and 10.15% p.a.) are based on publicly available information from SBI, Canara Bank, and other public sector banks as of 2024-25. Actual loan eligibility, interest rates, processing conditions, and loan amounts are subject to the lending bank's assessment of your CIBIL score, income, property details, and prevailing RBI repo rate, which directly affects the base rate. Rates shown may no longer be current.
7. NO WARRANTY OR LIABILITY. Solaire Energy (a Lagnuvo Initiative) and its affiliates, dealers, distributors, and marketing partners make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any figure generated by this calculator. Solaire Energy shall not be liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, incorrect investment decision, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from reliance on these calculations.
8. CONSULT A CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL. Before making any financial decision regarding a solar installation, you are strongly advised to: (a) obtain a site-specific assessment from an MNRE-certified solar installation company; (b) verify current tariff rates directly with your DISCOM; (c) confirm subsidy eligibility on the PM Surya Ghar portal; and (d) obtain loan terms in writing from your chosen bank or NBFC. A free, no-obligation site assessment is available through Solaire's dealer network.
9. DATA CURRENCY. Tariff data, subsidy structures, and system cost benchmarks were last verified in March 2026. India's electricity regulatory environment changes frequently. Solaire Energy does not commit to updating this calculator in real-time as regulatory orders are issued. Always verify critical figures against current official sources before proceeding.
